What GW Trading will never do

Common warning signs

How to verify a document or request

  1. Do not reply directly to the suspicious message and do not make any payment.
  2. Forward the email (with full headers if possible) and any attachments to [email protected] with the subject "Document verification request".
  3. Where possible, confirm by calling a contact you already know at GW Trading — never a number taken from the suspicious document.

We will confirm whether the document or communication is genuine. If you have been the victim of fraud, we also recommend reporting it to your bank immediately and to the authorities (in the United States, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov).
